You can place your order on-line or by telephone. Open Pro accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Please call 1-714-378-3600 for company check approval or FAX a credit application to us at 714-378-4600.
Low Cost Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are lower than most internet sites. Second day air shipment is available at increased cost. Please specify shipment method on your ordering form. Your rate will be calculated. For for shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico Virgin Islands and Hawaii, add $10 to the shipping cost. APO/FPO orders add $5 and up, depending on weight, and are shipped by First Class Mail. International orders are shipped prepaid, freight collect. Email or call us for details. Add $30 per order for international shipments which are shipped freight prepaid.
Same Day Shipping
You may place your order for 'in-stock' items up to 9:00 PM Eastern Time (weekdays), and we will ship same day (our best efforts). Out of stock items usually take 15-30 days. We use UPS to ship product orders to you. Saturday delivery is available in most areas at no extra charge. Specify Saturday delivery during the ordering process. Some areas of the U.S. require more than one day for delivery. All U.S. shipments are insured at no extra charge. If you have any questions, please call us toll free at 714-378-4600.
Canadian Customers
Rates are higher for Canadian customers and we must add GST to Canadian orders.
Returns
We sell every item with a 30-day guarantee against defects. If a product is defective in any way, please call 1-714-378-4600 and transfer to technical support to verify the defect. Upon verification, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail that is valid for 10 days.Defective software will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. Defective hardware will be replaced or repaired at Open Pro's discretion, except for hardware manufactured by Apple Computer, Compaq, or IBM.
All returns are subject to the following terms:
1. All products must be returned freight prepaid, with all original
packaging intact and in saleable condition. The RMA number must be on the outside of the packaging on the shipping label.
2. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable .
3. Software and consumables are not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging.
4. Custom orders, cables and supplies are not refundable.
Apple Computer, Compaq, and IBM Defects
For Apple hardware defects, call 1-800-SOS-APPL
(1-800-767-2775).
For Compaq hardware defectives, contact Compaq at1-800-652-6672.
For IBM hardware defectives contact IBM at 1-800-426-7378.
Apple Computer, Compaq, and IBM will repair or replace products at their own discretion. If you choose to return defective hardware to us from either Apple Computer, Compaq, or IBM, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to your account.
